Saturday morning

There was a great umbrella of light and power spread out over the entire land on which the fairy congress takes place.
A radiant energy flowed down under it until the air was filled with blissfull beautiful light. The darker energies flowed down into the earth. A powerful energy of brilliant darkness charged with the light energy together into a powerful vortex that merged dark with light and then subsided into perfect harmonious oneness.

We (humans) get stuck in our heads a lot.
Take the time to feel your body, create/find safe spaces (in nature) to let the armor down, relax and be in the moment , in your senses. Don't be afraid of the darkness. Learn to go into it and you will learn to see in/through it.
