Accommodations
There are many great places in nearby areas for accommodations if you don't wish to camp at the site. The following is a sampling. Whenever possible, we have posted additional information gleaned from phone calls:
Best Western Hood River Inn 800-828-7873
2 queens with riverview for 2 people $129 / $89 for AAA members. 2 queens with no river views $109 / $81 for AAA members. They have no rooms with 1 queen left for that weekend-view or no view!
Hood River Hotel-downtown @106 Oak St. 541-386-1900
No discounts; suites have full kitchens, bathrooms, telephones, TV. No regular rooms left, but a few suites avail-$139 for a two people & $169 /larger suite accomodates for 4 is $139 (OK for pets & smoking)-- add 9 % sales tax to rates. Historical old hotel right on Main St so may be a bit noisy
Located about 14 miles from Riversong up to Mt Hood. Resort recently purchased by Mt. Hood Meadows. 2 queen beds/ 4 people = $100/nite. Very gorgeous area!
Meredith Gorge Hotel 541-386-1515
4300 Westcliff Dr., Hood River. 2 double beds=$69/$64 for AAA members. 1 queen bed=2 people=$59/$54 for AAA member. Queen suite with fold-out couch/sleep 3 or 4=$79/$74 if AAA member. Add 9% for tax. A rather old motel. All rooms have views of Columbia River. June 25-27 still avail./some summer weekends are already all booked for other groups.

1505 Oak Ave. Hood River. 1 queen with 2 people =$69 plus tax. 2 queens with 2 people =$75 plus tax. All rooms have refridg., micro, coffemakers. Indoor pool/spa. No discounts. A newer motel.

6741 Highway 35, Mt. Hood-Parkdale, Oregon 97041. Only 10 miles to RiverSong. Good picture on website. Run by Paul and Diane who grew up on that orchard. Has total of 4 rooms, all available still for June 24-27. Will give 25% discount for all rooms booked for at least 2 nites by a local. The discounted price for booking all 3 rooms for at least 2 nites would be $117 for each room, which includes tax and $90 for the 4th room which has no fireplace or jacuzzi, just a queen. Rooms sound nice, 2 have jacuzzi bath tubs, 3 have fireplaces, 2 have Queen beds, other 2 have King beds. I haven't seen it though. it is the closest to Mt. Hood with great views of mountain and orchards. Breakfast served 8-9:30am.

3890 Acree Drive, Hood River, OR 97031. Only 3 miles waway from RiverSong. 5 rooms available-very nice and new/only open last 3 years. No group discounts. not the friendliest lady on the phone.
5601 York Hill Drive, Hood River, Oregon 97031. 3 rooms available for June 25-28. Her rooms are $145, $135, and $105 (twins)-book all 3 for 2 nights and instead of $385 total, they would discount to $350, then add 9% tax=$381. 8 miles from RiverSong closer to Hood River town but very out in country, nice lady who has some intrigue with faieries/she said she has a book titled "Fairieality/fairy fashions"
