You are invited to attend the 4th Fairy & Human Relations Congress on the Hood River near Mt. Hood, Oregon. The first three Congresses were very successful and enjoyable.
The Fairy & Human Relations Congress is a unique and special event. There are many spiritual gatherings in the world but nothing quite like the Congress with its specific mission to increase communication and love between human, fairies and devas.
Many humans, fairies, devas, angels and spiritual beings come together to create an outpouring of education and celebration. Participants are requested to tune into their fairy friends, angels and spirit-guides in the higher realms and invite them to the Congress.
Many cultures and spiritual traditions recognize the fairy realm although they may use different words and descriptions. The Fairy Congress brings together people on the pathways of Findhorn, Perelandra, faery underworld, angels, occult, metaphysical, pagan and shamanism. All are invited. The Congress atmosphere is of inclusiveness, openness and expansion.
Restoring the 3-fold alliance. Legend has it that the Earth is unbalanced because the three-fold alliance between the fairies, humans and animals has been broken. The Congress works to recreate this alliance. So we are inviting animal communicators and ask animal delegates to attend on the inner planes.
Human damage to the Earth's forests, oceans and ecosystems also has an adverse affect on the fairies and devas. We need to work together to help heal the Earth and bridge the gap between our worlds.
Joint human and fairy meditations will be held daily to open ourselves to communications from the fairy realms. Time will be set aside for people to write down the messages. These messages will be compiled as a Congress document and made available to Congress participants and the general public. See our website for messages received at Congresses I and II.
A wide variety of workshops will be led by an assemblage of awesome teachers.
We are all Light Beings and each of us has the potential to assist in the widening of communication between our realms, in cooperation with the Ascended Masters and with the great Deva Light Beings who work with all the Earth's plants, animals and life forms.

Fairy/Deva Communication, Puppetry - MUSIC, Rainbow Colors
Fairy and Deva communication continues to be the main theme of the Congress.
What is a Congress ? . . . The most pertinent dictionary definition is 'a coming together of delegates to discuss a matter.' This Congress brings together humans on the physical plane with fairies and devas on the inner planes. This gathering is inspired by Daphne Charters' account of the first Fairy & Human Relations Congress held by the fairies near London in the mid-1950's as detailed in her book, A True Fairy Tale. How many fairies and devas attend?
We are assured it is in the thousands. Fairies, devas and angels of many ranks and sizes attend. Some are similar in size to the small 'hand-size' fairies we see represented in the common press. Others are immense beings of great power. Remember though, that size is not necessarily an indicator of knowledge, wisdom or power. The fairy and devic beings who attend the Fairy Congress are fully as intelligent (and often much more so) than the human participants. We approach the fairies and devas with respect and love as co-creators of this event.

Participatory shared experience. This year we are putting even more emphasis on participatory experience. Workshop leaders have been asked to include this in their workshops. We have increased the amount of time for circles and other group events.
Puppetry is a special theme for 2004. The 2004 Fairy Congress will offer an area devoted to Puppet Fun. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to check out and play with the puppets that travel to the Congress. There will be a sign-up board for those interested in performing a play(s) on Sunday. Last year we all thoroughly enjoyed the puppet plays and look forward to this year's creativity and magic. If you have any puppets you are invited to bring them along.
Music. There has been great music at the previous Congresses, but this year let us create even more musical energy!
Rainbow colors theme. There has always been lots of color at the fairy congress, and every year we aim to make it a more colorful scene. Color is an important component of fairy and deva existence. Most humans could use more color in their lives. So please bring colorful flags, banners, tapestries, clothing, costumes, artwork for the art gallery, etc. Anahata will lead us in a Color Wave during one of our circles. Bring a piece of fabric in pure, solid rainbow hues.
