You are invited to attend this year's Fairy & Human Relations
Congress. The 2001 Congress was very successful and filled
with wonderful experiences.
The vision is that 200
to 300 humans will gather to communicate with the fairy/devic
realms and create an outpouring of education and celebration.
Through our combined contacts with the unseen realms, it is to
be expected that untold numbers of fairies, devas, angels and
celestial beings will join us.
This Congress is for anyone who sincerely believes in fairies.
Those who see fairies and angels or who communicate or work with
them are invited to share their experiences and insights.
What is a Congress ? . . . There are a number of
definitions in the dictionary. The one most pertinent to us is
"a coming together of delegates to discuss a matter."
This Congress will bring together human delegates, as well as
fairy, animal and plant delegates on the inner planes to discuss
the improvement of fairy and human relations.
This gathering is inspired by Daphne Charter's account of the
first Fairy & Human Relations Congress held by the fairies
near London in the mid-1950's as detailed in her book A True Fairy
Tale. The 2002 Congress at the Skalitude Retreat Center is the
second time this gathering has been offered on the physical plane.
Workshops will focus
on fairies, nature spirits, devas, angels, herbal healing, flower
essences, aromatherapy, Earth restoration, co-creation gardening,
interspecies communication, and related topics. The list will
grow. We honor everyone's contribution. Each human and fairy who
attends brings their own special magic and knowledge to share.
We are all students and we are all teachers and co-creators. Each
participant is an important delegate to this convocation of many
beings.
The Skalitude Retreat Center is a beautiful site for the
Congress. It is nestled at the end of a remote mountain
valley in the North Cascades in the Methow Valley watershed. The
main inhabitants are ponderosa pines, douglas firs, aspens, bunchgrasses,
countless wildflowers, deer, coyotes, bear, and many fairies.
Sky Lodge for rent. Jaybird is bringing the Sky Lodge
back to grace the 2nd Congress. It would be helpful to the
Sky Lodge crew if they could find some other Northwest venues
during the two weeks prior to and/or after the Fairy Congress.
Do you know of gatherings that might like to rent the Sky Lodge
or where it could be set up for vending tea? Or could any
of you use the Sky Lodge for an educational or family event in
that time period? If so, call Jaybird at 1-888-678-0809.
Admission fees for 2002. Registration fee is $125
per adult before June 1. After June 1st it is $150. Teens are
$30. Children are $20. Early registration is encouraged
as we may reach our size limit even before June 1. Of course
we wish to give first preference to last year's participants.
So let us know if you plan on coming even if you can't send in
your registration fee right away.
There are a limited number of partial work-trade admissions,
plus a few scholarships for those who qualify.
Admission for fairies and angels is a pinch of magic fairy dust to be sprinkled on
the gathering. There is no limit on the number of fairies who
may attend.
